TCPA Compliance Attestations

Federal law (TCPA) requires every box below to be checked and certified by an authorized representative. These are not optional.

I certify that all contacts we text have given prior express written consent to receive automated SMS, and we can produce records of this consent upon carrier request. I confirm every outbound message will include a clear opt-out method (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) and we will honor opt-outs within 24 hours. I confirm we will not send marketing SMS to recipients between 9 PM and 8 AM in the recipient’s local time zone, per TCPA § 64.1200. I confirm every marketing message will identify the business name of the sender, and our welcome/first message will include business name + opt-out language. I confirm contact opt-in data will never be shared, sold, or transferred to third parties for their marketing use. I understand that violations of these certifications can result in TCPA penalties of $500 to $1,500 per message, and that Fix Your Leads and its carriers are indemnified against any such violations caused by inaccurate information I provide here.
