Service Agreement
This agreement is between [Business] ("Client") and FixYourLeads ("Provider"), effective on the date of signature below.
1. Services
Provider will set up and operate an AI-powered lead concierge system on Client's behalf. Setup includes integration with Client's existing tools, custom workflows, and ongoing management.
2. Fees
Client agrees to pay a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly retainer. Both fees are disclosed and collected via Stripe at checkout. Monthly billing renews automatically until cancelled.
3. Term & Cancellation
This is a month-to-month agreement. Either party may cancel with written notice before the next billing cycle. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has begun.
4. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential information shared during this engagement private and to use it only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Provider's liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by Client in the prior month. Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which Provider is registered.
